Sarah Arnett Lifestyle Ltd ensure that all financial and credit card details are destroyed and no financial data will be held on any individual.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with the goods received, return unused, with all original tags attached and in a re-saleable condition, within 7 days for a full refund or exchange.

We regret we cannot give refunds for carriage on incorrect purchases. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please note in the case of items where it states colours may vary, we do not pay for carriage to return items because the colour is not suitable. If you wish to return any items, please use the returns slip found on the reverse side of your despatch note.

You are responsible for items sent back to us until they are received by ourselves. We therefore recommend returning items (especially expensive ones) to use an insured method of postage such as recorded delivery that will require a signature by us. On lesser value items you should obtain a certificate of posting from your post office when you send the items back to us. No charge is made by the post office for this service.

Postage

We will endeavour to post your purchases once received by first class recorded or by DHL by the end of the next working day.

UK Orders

Orders over £150.00 postage will be FREE, otherwise for UK orders under £150.00, a charge of £5.95 for standard delivery or £14.95 next day before 12.00pm courier service (DHL) direct to your door. Orders need to be received before 11.30am for next day courier service.

Next day delivery is only available during the working week (Monday-Thursday).

International Orders

All International orders, £9.95 will be sent by Airmail and will require a signature on arrival.

International orders may be subject to import-duty on arrival into the country of destination;
We cannot be held responsible for these charges.
We will, where applicable, refund UK Vat from your order

This website has been designed to make it as simple and as enjoyable as possible for you to browse our collections. The world of e-commerce is ever changing and it is our aim to be a step ahead in order to give our customers the best possible service. Therefore we will thankfully receive any comments or feedback to webfeedback@saraharnett.co.uk. As fashion is ever changing, we are constantly adding new styles to our pages. By adding your contact details, we will let you know periodically when new styles become available.

Our Stock

We sell only New Stock that has been bought for our high street stores or for the website itself. We only buy current season stock from our suppliers. Our prices reflect the retail prices of our high street stores. We do not sell Factory seconds. We do not purchase any of our stock through channels other than that recommended by the Designer in question. Items marked Sale reduced are due to seasonal sales in store, as we keep store and website prices the same

Fit

You will find a description of size attached to each item As we deal with a multitude of different brands, there are in turn many different sizing methods. The same sizing method can in some instances also vary from brand to brand. We will provide as much information in the individual product description for any variation in sizing. If you are unhappy with the fit of a particular purchase you may return the item, or exchange it for a different size if available. Please follow the instructions listed under returns policy (at the top of the page).

Logon

In order to make your shopping experience with us as secure as possible, it will be necessary for you to logon to become a new customer. The login button is in the top right of the main website. Follow the instructions on that page and should you forget your password, this can be e-mailed to you.

Stock on the site

Whilst every effort is made to keep the stock on the site accurate, it is possible that an article you had been interested in earlier is no longer available. If you are interested in a piece of stock that has become unavailable, it may be that it is in another person's 'basket' which they may not choose to keep so it is always worth looking back at the site later. Alternatively, please e-mail us at info@saraharnett.co.uk with a full description of the item and we will do our best to track one down for you. It is possible that a product previously available, which goes out of stock, has been returned to us and can once again appear on the site.
