I will be working my way through my fabric archive, reviving old prints and creating new ones. These pieces are following a “no waste ‘ pattern cutting system to ensure we use all the fabric and throw nothing away. All the small scraps are saved up and used for patch work and training.

We use reactive printing process on this gorgeous Silk Satin. With shine on the face and a matte finish on the reverse, the detail of the final print is very fine and produces crisp lines with rich block colours.

With environmental consciousness in mind, our fabrics are all printed using completely water-based inks. This means no chemicals or solvents are used. Our heat fixing procedure fixes the colours and prints, avoiding the downsides of steaming, such as excess or contaminated water returning into the waste system.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

You can dry clean your Kimono, but we recommend hand washing in cold water with silk detergent. Add a little salt to the wash to maintain the colour.
